NO! This is not a toy for children. Not only are charging cables plugged into outlets, SuperCalla also contains small magnets. Keep out of reach of all children. Our suggested age of use is 15 and up. Cables can also pose the risk of strangulation. Our cables are intended to be used for charging/data transfer for your mobile devices and notebooks/tablets. Please use them responsibly.
Yes! SuperCalla cables are MFi certified. You may use Apple's MFi Licensee search and our model numbers found below the barcodes on your packaging to search our certification.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SuperCalla Technology. Please note this warranty does not extend to the devices used with your SuperCalla cable.
What does this warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions in your new SuperCalla data/charging cable. Please note this warranty does not extend to the devices used with your SuperCalla cable.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty lasts 30 days after the date of purchase of your SuperCalla data/charging cable. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the cable.
What will SuperCalla Technology do?
SuperCalla will replace any cable proven to be defective or malfunctioning upon receipt at no charge. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional VAT/import/customs duties that the replacement may incur upon shipping.
What does this warranty not cover?
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or an act of nature (such as a flood) are not covered. Lost or stolen cables are not covered under this warranty. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How do you get service?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order details as well as a description and photo/video of the issue you are experiencing.
We will review your service request and then send a form which lists all required information to receive a replacement cable. Once we receive the required information, we will schedule shipment of your replacement cable. We may reserve the right to ask the customer to ship back the product for inspection.
How does state law apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
At SuperCalla, our priority is to ensure your cable is delivered in perfect condition. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund when returning your cables. A restocking fee of $3.00 USD will be deducted from your return. If you wish to return or exchange your item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item to us, and this is not eligible for refund. Return packages that have not been shipped to us within 14 days after receipt of the item will not be eligible for refunds.
