Which cable do I need for my device?
Before selecting your cables, please confirm which ports and wall adaptor type your devices have, and use our cable diagram below to select the appropriate type. If you are unsure which cable type your device requires, please feel free to reach out to us at support@supercallatech.com for additional assistance.
Are there returns/exchanges?
At SuperCalla, our priority is to ensure your cable is delivered in perfect condition. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund when returning your cables. A restocking fee of $3.00 USD will be deducted from your return. If you wish to return or exchange your item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item to us, and this is not eligible for refund. Return packages that have not been shipped to us within 14 days after receipt of the item will not be eligible for refunds.
